FAQ

  • What time does the event begin?

    The event is open from 4pm with music, food and drinks available until late.
    The movies start at 8:00pm.
    On Saturday night, our ‘R-sessions’ late night screening begins at 10.30pm.

  • Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

    Yes, we have a box office at the entrance where you can pay by card or cash. We recommend checking the website beforehand, just in case tickets are sold out.

  • Can I bring my own headphones?

    Earphones will be available to purchase for $5, but for enhanced audio and comfort bring you own headphones.
    Ensure your headphones have the standard 3.5mm jack. An FM receiver will be provided with every seat, where you can plug in and listen to the movie.

  • Is there parking?

    There’s only a small car park and some street parking around the perimeter, but you can find plenty of spots in the surrounding residential area, or park in the city, which is only a 5 minute walk away.
    Even better, you can bus, ride or Uber and no need to worry about parking or driving.

  • Can I bring my own alcohol?

    No, but there is a fully licensed bar that sells beer, wine and spirits.

  • Are seats provided?

    Yes, each cinema has rows of seating and you can also view two of the cinema screens from the central tables and chairs.

  • What if it rains?

    A bit of rain won’t stop the movies, so come prepared with a poncho and blanket.
    If it’s heavy rain, we’ll cancel the session and notify all ticket holders by text/email before 2pm on the day. If you do not hear from us then you can assume that the screening is going ahead.
    All ticket holders of a canceled event will receive a credit to attend a different Pickture session. If no alternate session is available then you will be refunded in full.

  • Do I need a printed ticket?

    No, you just show us your ticket on your phone.

  • What if I purchased a ticket and can’t make it?

    Sorry, we have a no refund policy. But if you notify us at least 12 hours before the session, we’re happy to transfer your ticket to another screening this season. Just send an email to contact@pickture.com.au and we’ll reschedule your ticket.

  • Can I bring my dog?

    As much as we love dogs, this is a dog-free event.

  • Can I bring my own food?

    Yes, but you can also purchase food from one of our delicious food stalls.

  • Can I purchase food and drinks at the event?

    There’s a variety of food stalls and a fully licensed bar.

  • Is there lost property?

    Yes, if you lose anything just email us: contact@pickture.com.au

  • Can I bring my children?

    Yes, definitely. The movies screening in the yellow cinema are particularly suited to kids and families.

  • WHAT IF THERE IS NO MORE SEATING AVAILABLE FOR THE FILM I CAME TO SEE?

    If you have your heart set on one of the films, best to arrive early and claim your seats. Otherwise, watch one of the other great films on offer. They are all good!
